St Joseph PREP
Downingtown, PA
Once again, the St. Joseph Stewardship Committee is providing
offertory envelopes for the children of our parish.

The Children’s Offertory Envelope program can be used to teach your children
about the joy and responsibility of sharing our gifts with God and one another.

The program allows the children write down ways they have been good stewards through prayer or good deeds.  Children may also give money, but it should be from their own banks or allowances, rather than from their parents’ wallets, as it is more meaningful that way.  All funds received through the Children’s Offertory Envelope program will be donated to a charity that helps children and families.

The Stewardship Committee hopes that participation in the Children’s Offertory Envelope program will be a positive experience for your children and will mold them into stronger and more giving Catholics.  Please support the effort by first and foremost bringing your children to Mass every weekend.  Please also remind them to bring their envelopes with them and talk with them through the week regarding their thoughts and feelings about giving.
